The condo community of Niguel Beach Terrace in Dana Point, California, is highly sought after for its spectacular ocean views, and its location near the Strands Beach.
Located across the street from the beach, Niguel Beach Terrace offers great opportunities to own or rent vacation homes, as well as primary residences. The shore is within minutes, and there are many restaurants, stores, and services nearby. Also within walking distance are the Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Park and Nature Center, and the Salt Creek Beach. A short drive will take you to the Dana Point Harbor, and the marina which houses over 2,000 boats and yachts.
This community is in the Monarch Beach area which has some of the most desired property in the county. Dana Point is a popular surfing destination as it has one of the few Orange County coast harbors. Since 2008 it has also hosted the Dana Point Concours d’Elegance. Bicyclists from around the world come to the Dana Point Grand Prix each year.
